Terms of Service

By accessing or using PromptHive at prompthive.cc ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PromptHive provides a free AI prompt library, prompt creation and editing tools, AI-powered prompt enhancement utilities, and educational resources about prompt engineering. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You retain ownership of prompts and other content you create ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PromptHive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote it within the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains malicious code, phishing attempts, or deceptive material.
• Violates another person's privacy or is used to impersonate others.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or exploitation of minors.
• Is intended to manipulate AI systems for harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy without notice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate bulk data extraction from the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

Prompts marked as public are visible to all visitors including unauthenticated users, search engines, and third parties. Do not publish prompts containing personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data.

The PromptHive name, logo, and original platform code are owned by PromptHive and may not be used without permission. User Content copyright remains with the respective creators.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (authentication and database) and Vercel (hosting). Use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular prompt will produce a desired result from any AI model.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
